RecruitHer strives to increase the representation of women in technology by tackling unconscious bias in job postings. We build tools to help companies diversify their applicant pool by analyzing job postings for gendered language. These tools are built using cutting-edge machine learning to make data-driven recommendations for alternative language. The recommendations we make are central to the mission of RecruitHer and reflect our core value of not simply identifying bias, but constantly working to provide solutions that improve the standing of women in tech.
